Studio cancellation policies:

My goal is to provide the best experience for every guest, and these policies are in place to ensure that everyone enjoys their time. Upon arrival text me 780.554.6351 and I will let you know when I am ready for you as I may be with another client.

Late arrivals: if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation fee will apply.

48- hour notice: To rebook or cancel an appointment 48 hours notice is required. If done outside of those hours the full appointment fee will be charged.

Appointment deposit: A $60 non refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. This will be applied to your appointment and is transferable if you need to reschedule, as long as it is done within the 48- hour notice period.

 

By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.
