Cancellation Policy
DM me on Instagram or text me for appointment consultations, or if your desired appointment time is unavailable online. Please review my cancellation, late fee, and deposit policies before booking. These are posted on my main page under Policies and on my Instagram account KristiMay Beauty under Policies. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged in full. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to adhere to these policies.
